REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacements for leads in the following cases: The client is unresponsive to calls or messages.The client has already engaged another designer for their project despite our verification.The provided contact details are unreachable within 48 hours of lead purchase.

If a client is unresponsive to calls/messages or the contact details are unreachable, designers are requested to follow up diligently for 48 hours. If there is no response, a replacement lead will be provided at the same cost after cross-verification by our team. Designers must submit proof, such as call log screenshots or message screenshots, to initiate the replacement process. This ensures that our lead generation service provider maintains quality and accountability in delivering interior design leads.

If a client is already working with another designer after our verification, designers should immediately contact us and provide proof, such as screenshots of messages or recorded calls. A replacement lead will be provided at the same cost after verification by our team.

Replacements will be provided based on the cost of the originally purchased lead, ensuring that our interior lead provider operates transparently and fairly.

No replacement or refund will be provided if the designer or architect has already provided an estimate/quotation to the lead client via call, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meeting. This policy helps protect the integrity of our lead generation for interior design services.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are arranged for professionals who do not wish to continue with the replacement of leads. This is applicable to our top B2C lead generation companies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds will be processed via IMPS transfer or UPI to the respective bank accounts.

A transaction charge of 2% will be deducted from the lead cost for processing the refund. This ensures a streamlined process for those who choose to buy interior interior design leads from our best lead providers.

We acknowledge that the information provided in the lead, with the customer or service buyer, on the above-mentioned Date & Time is Accurate. Our role is solely to facilitate Interior Design Lead Generation by acting as trusted Lead Provider.

While we ensure that these are Verified Interior Leads, it is the responsibility of the interior company or service provider to manage all aspects of the transaction & agreement with the customer or service buyer.

Our company acts solely as an information source between clients and designers until the sale of leads. Once interior leads are sold to the respective designers, it becomes the client’s responsibility to engage with the designer independently (for security purposes).

In the event of a fraudulent transaction between the client and designer, such as the designer failing to complete the work after receiving payment or the client not paying the design fees despite the work being completed, our company is not responsible for the transactions made between the client and designer. We strongly advise both clients and designers to verify the identity of the individuals they are dealing with before reaching any final conclusions.
